The WellDatrix facility is conveniently located within corporate office space one mile north of the Irvine Spectrum. The facility has the following amenities:
- Body Composition Machine - accurately evaluates your Body Mass Index (BMI), providing a BMI calculation based on percentage of fat. The machine estimates the percentage of body fat through Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis (BIA). BIA sends an electrical current through your body and measures the current’s opposition to flow. Water is an excellent conductor of electrical current, and muscle, believe it or not, is 70 to 75% water. Fat is anhydrous and is, therefore, a poor conductor of electrical current. The easier the flow of the current, the more water you have, reflecting a greater proportion of muscle and less fat.
